I found the truck on cargurus and it had everything that I wanted on the ad at a good price. As I was looking at the pictures on cargurus the ad told me that it was a 81” long bed. When I got on the dealership website and look at the pictures it showed it as a 96” bed, if on the chat line it told me it was a 81” bed. I was aready to buy it when thank god the general sales manager called me and told me it was a 96” bed I thank him and I thank him and ended our shopping at this dealership

I drove 3 hours and 45 minutes only for them to sell the vehicle as I got close to the dealership. Instead of calling me they sent a text message.

Best interaction hands down. Transparent pricing before I got there and most of the financing was able to be taken care of on my way. Shortest time spent in a dealer ever. Worked hard to get me the best rate they could, beating my credit unions rate. 10/10 would recommend.

Vehicle advertised as having sliding rear window vehicle did not have sliding rear window pick the vehicle up was absolutely filthy. No one bothered to wash it prep it in any way shape or form couldn’t have been any more disappointed.

The sales agent had great mannerism and caring. The manager Rocky I feel needs improvement in his customer services skills. Never came to me after the sale was complete and said congratulations or thank you for your business.

Salesman didn’t answer my questions so I became disinterested . I asked about the undercarriage and the salesman ignored my question until I told him I was not interested. He later sent photos of undercarriage that was below my standards.
