I went to the dealership looking for this particular vehicle that was listed on their website. I made an appointment for the next day at 1 PM. The day of in the morning I was messaged to confirm my appointment which I did was given the name salesperson that I was supposed to meet at the location. I show up they cannot find a car since it was a Sunday. They even had me take the sales person to their other car lot looking for the vehicle that I was supposed to look at. Since I drove from very far away and needed to buy a car I took the gentleman with no luck. They tried offering me a different car to which I told them no I specifically did my research and wanted that one. Very rude and unapologetic with their “well we can’t find the car ”so I told them “why didn’t you tell me before I drove all they way over here” to my surprise they said “we’ll you were communicating with an AI bot all this time”. Do not waste your time the do the old click and bait then blame on AI software.

Where are you can say I spent from 12:30 pm -6 but as soon as I pulled into the lot, they had the trunk setting up front with the doors open, waiting on me, we jumped right in, took it for a spin. And when we got on the straight away, he told me to mash the gas, then we came back, do the financing. And while we was doing the financing , they took it to the detail shop in clean it but when no one else can get you finance they sure can also , they'll work with you on your down payment they are great and wonderful people i will be going back there in five years

The staff(especially the manager) said they work with schools 1st ..they were lame and didnt have the correct information! I had to give them the information. I asked them to put the stuff through them ..they did not do it i asked 3 times ..they didn't like they wanted to do a trade in . The salesman was nice and I liked the car a bmw x3 2021..the salesman went to his .manager..they offered me a very low amount for my trade in..they did not contact my credit union like I asked
