All aspects were great, dealing with the finance manager was not my best experience.

I had a good experience on the phone. The person I talked to was not available, so he sent me over to Daniel Gonzalez. That individual did not seem to care. They didn't talk much, they were watching YouTube on their phone during the test drive with no communication. And when they did talk they cursed excessively, and even mentioned how they would assault somebody physically while on the job. I did not feel great purchasing a vehicle with them. I had previously bought 3 vehicles when it was known as Maxwell. As well as recommended my family members who had bought in cars through them. I honestly liked the vehicle, but was not a fan of the individual they had paired me with. It will not be recommending them again.

J was amazing! He contacted me right away about a truck I liked. He also found another vehicle on the lot when he noticed I wasn't interested in the original vehicle I was looking at. Unfortunately, one vehicle didn't interest me enough to purchase and the other was out of my price point. J took my information and will be on the lookout for a later model make and model we discussed.

Had the deal done over the phone in 3 hours! I drive from midland Texas to Austin Texas to pick u other car at dealership. Sales man was very attentive over the phone and answered all my questions along with the finance guy.
