A little disappointed. I never heard from the dealer once CarGuru made the inquiry for them to contact me, so we went up to the dealer, tried the car, wasn’t ready to buy the day of. The next morning we called to make sure the car was still available, it was, and we said to arrive to check it again and purchase after 12pm. About an hour later, I receive a text from the dealer saying the car had been sold, after we had agreed on coming back and purchasing. And funny enough (maybe their system hasn’t updated) the car still shows as available on different websites until now.

Jason was freaking awesome and made the gruelsome task of buying a new vehicle fun!! Bobby on on the other hand was nice but not willing to budge on anything. All the changes were made by me.

They definitely reached out and personally contacted me, which was good. Wasn’t quite sure of their location and where to meet for the car as I know I couldn’t test drive this one, but I wanted to see you in action.

When I found the car it looked like it was at my local dealership. When I arrived at the dealership they advised it was actually at a different location and hour away. They said they would get it brought over for me. That was a Thursday. I didn't hear anything back so on Monday I followed up and got no response. Tuesday I went back to the dealership and someone new assisted me. Same thing was described. It's at a different location and now it may have a buyer. I did use the check availability option on Cargurus website. That produce several different people reaching out and none could give me answers. Finally I stopped trying. That's when the dealership reached out and said the car had sold. This is a week and half later at that point. So all in all a waste of time. The car remained posted for several days later and even showed a price drop update. I thought that was weird given I knew the car had sold.

I looked at their on-line inventory. I had two people from the dealership reach out to answer questions. They were not pushy. Very helpful

Great service. The dealer ship and Brian were very helpful in helping me buy a used car and trade in my old one. Im thinking there's always going to be a few hiccups but all in all it was a great experience.
