I dealt with Anthony and John at the dealership, both stayed in communication over the phone with updates on the truck. Time at the dealership was minimal, and the vehicle was presented as it was promised. Couldn’t say more good things about how I was treated, and would def buy a truck here again in the future.

It is frustrating that fair priced, good optioned, vehicles seem to be sold the day before the internet listing; then salesperson pushes higher priced, less valued vehicles as "The same deal". Kind of a bait and switch feeling. I just block these dealership emails.

No one called me back. So I moved out

never made it to dealership, said someone else was test driving and not to come out to dealership, then next day they informed me the deal did not go through and to come out to veiw vehicle and then they call ed and said was in service, because engine kight cam eon and would call me when repaired and never returned a call, so purchased elsewhere

Salesman was friendly and accommodating.

This is one of my greatest experiences purchasing a new vehicle. Mark Yacobucci reached out to me as I was looking online at a vehicle and at first I must say I thought it was a scamer 😆 LOL I called the company and for sure just says the stand up guy that I read online about him he is such more than that he sent me a picture of his card as well as the comfort of Not only was he a real person but an honorable one at that I traveled 2 hours to go see the vehicle and I must say it was a travel more than well worth it he was very professional on the phone but even more say when in person made me feel welcome and not just that like another number of a sales pitch. But more warm personal and took all the time that I needed to make me feel comfortable and the purchase that I was willing to buy I must say to anyone that is visiting their website at Mount Rose Ford whatever you do you must reach out to the salesman Mark Yacobucci first desk on the left as you enter into the business.

Gary was extremely helpful, even took a custom video for me showing the vehicle up close to evaluate the condition. All my dealings with them were professional and they had one of the best deals for the money without any doubt.
