When in the process of looking at the 21 Yukon Denali, I called up to the dealership to confirm if there was anything wrong with the vehicle before I made the trip to see it. We live over two hours away from the dealership they responded no and so my wife and I drove up to look at it. Upon an initial review, I noticed that the hood of the vehicle had multiple dents in it resulting from hail damage I of course, was upset about this as the allow me to drive two hours to see it. A sales manager came outside once our initial salesman went in to tell him he the sales manager came out and instantly responded that he knew about the condition of the vehicle and that he had it scheduled to be fixed, but the autobody place got backed up and so had not been there yet. We talked to our salesman a little bit longer, but we decided that we did not want to do business with someone who’s first instinct is to be dishonest, as opposed to telling me upfront what was wrong with the vehicle

Several of them Literally screwed me around on this car. One dude was just tryna get me to burlt out what I’d be willing to pay. No interest in discussing my trade in or its value. They were solely focused on just getting me in to purchase the vehicle no matter my load or trade in status. Jus a waste of time
