One word, Outstanding!

I drove over 150 miles to look at this truck and the salesman went and found it for me. Everything went well and he put my name down as the 1st person to hold it for when was done in their service department. This was on Friday, I went back on the internet to check things out and it said sold on the truck on Tuesday(due to Monday was Memorial day). I called to find out what was going on and the salesman that I was dealing with told me that it sold on Saturday. I'm still trying to figure to this day how someone else could get the truck when I was the 1st one on the list that had it held for. Not very impressed with this whole situation and more than likely will never buy or send someone this direction for a vehicle just from this experience. I even asked if I needed to put money down to hold it for me and they told me "NO" you're on the top of the list so it will be good.

The salesman did not want to sell; he wanted to take an order. He left much on the table due to his impatience and unwillingness to listen to the customers' needs. Very poor attempt for someone who is pre-approved to purchase the listed vehicle.
