It was a little disappointing- I held off a day going to the dealership because they told me the car would be going through the shop to see what it needed. When I checked the morning I was going, someone came in with cash and scooped it up. Not the dealer's issue, someone comes in with cash and a hot hand you make the deal. I get it.

I had a wonderful experience at Ripley & Fletcher. I scheduled a test drive with Liz, Randy was the salesman that took me out on the road and answered questions, and made me feel welcome. Joe and I went back and forth on pricing and we came to an agreement that we could both be happy with. Tracy worked with me on financing options. I did panic when it came down to the actual purchase and left with buying, I never once felt pressured, everyone was so incredibly nice. At first the dealer said the price on Cargurus was wrong and the actual price was over $1000 higher. When I pointed out that the description on their own website included the same price as shown on Cargurus they agreed to “honor it.” I scheduled an appointment and they called two hours before to say that there was an issue with the car so I couldn’t see it. They said they needed to take the listing down and repair the car, but the listing never changed. Wouldn’t buy a car from them.
