Called to inquire about a slightly used pick with very low miles and a good price. Sales associate was very pleasant and spent a lot of time with me on the phone. He said he would send pictures and the window sticker. He called me within an hour and said the truck had been sold. He apologized but knew what truck I wanted and the options I was most interested in. They have some other trucks coming in that fit my needs and price range. I live about 4 hours away but willing to make the drive for the truck I want at a good price. I will stay in touch with this dealership.

They contacted me quickly about the truck I was interested in. Unfortunately, I would tell the sales person who contacted me something, only to get an email from what seemed to be artificial intelligence asking about information I have already told the sales person. The sales person was nice and accommodating, but the AI sales agent was a pushy bot.

Submitted a request on availability for a Ford Raptor, was immediately contacted, by email and text. The email confirmed the price of the vehicle and the markdown amount. Then a few days later another rep followed up and stated that they never markdown raptors and it had to be a third-party mess up with CarGurus. I explained I received an email from Corey spillman with the markdown price that was posted on CarGurus. He said I'll have to get back to you. And no outcome. It feels like a bait and switch in pricing.
