The dealer contacted me the next morning via phone, text, and email. I called to schedule a test drive for two days later and they put the car aside knowing I was traveling a good distance. On the day of the test drive, the experience with the dealer was positive. After the test drive, we decided we wanted the car. While we were gone, our trade had been appraised. We accepted the selling price of their car, and they worked with us to bring up the offer on our trade. We went to lunch and when we returned, the car had been washed, and all the paperwork was ready for us. No high-pressure sales - very respectful encounter, even with the finance guy. Would go there again.

We drove over 3 hours for this specific car. We were not disappointed. No time was waisted, no BS was told, under 3 hours spent at the dealership. Dave D. was our salesperson and treated us exceptionally well. We will be making the trip every time we want a vehicle due to how well we were treated and how things unfolded. We have 10's of dealerships around us within 50 miles, none that we experienced locally ever treated us so well. Customer service is at the heart of this dealership and it's proven.

Although the car did not make sense for me, Frank was a honest and respectable salesperson that I felt was genuinely trying to help me meet my needs on the price. The car was also priced very competitively out of the gate and the price sheet was very straightforward.
