I was excited, this dealer and manager reached out to me quickly, the car was ready to be test driven. They were the 1st to contact me, I was ready to buy and so I scheduled an appointment to go that very evening. I couple hours before my appt the salesman called “the car was in service and would not be ready” and to ma me a long story short…the car was never ready and I never received another call back or communication! The whole experience was a waste of time, very disappointing experience

The price inquiry was based off the advertised amount. When I got speak to salesman they blamed the consumer for quote "not knowing better" and then proceed to try to sell me another lower model I was not interested in. This experience was a waste of my time

They keep advertising cars at great prices that they don't have , particular 2017 FORD Expedition XLT. When I called to make an appointment they told me to come out. Then I called before coming next day and they told me SUV is no longer available. So basically they using a market ploy to create traffic at the dealership.

I was talking to someone online. She was good . However, when I go to the dealership. The appreciation is 1%. The cominucation 1%. The Gerald maneger less than 01 %. Furthermore, when I foto the finance, the guys from the finance maybe can get 0.0000001 %. They not professional at all. Thank you for that chance I have to inform my frustrations from them.

Didn’t reach deal at dealership on Thursday had further text messsges later in afternoon. Came to an agreement on price. Told them I would in Saturday when they opened up to complete deal. Received a email from carguru saying the truck had been sold on Friday morning Texted salesman if we were still on for Saturday. He then advised me truck had been sold. Apparently truck was sold about 6 hours after we had come to an agreement. After dealing with this dealership I would not recommend them to do business with. If you’re trying to sell a truck at least clean and make it look presentable. Had black stains from the seals dryed on doors. That truck never maintained from my observation. I had reservations about buying the truck, but told them before I followed through it had to be cleaned from top to bottom and also the inside needed cleaned up. They did me a favor by selling it.
