Very disappointing experience. My family, friends, and I drove from Orlando to Miami to purchase a vehicle from AutoNation Ford Margate after discussing the price with the sales associate beforehand. When we arrived, we found that the front grille was heavily oxidized and the sunroof was very dirty. The sales associate told us the oxidation could be removed with a special chemical and even offered to send it later, but refused to adjust the price. After returning to the dealership later that day, another sales representative informed us that the oxidation would not come off. When she called the original sales associate, it became clear that the information we were given earlier was not accurate. We asked to speak with a manager, but no manager was willing to address our concerns. As a result, we wasted significant time, fuel, and hotel expenses on a trip that could have been avoided with honest communication. Very disappointing experience.

The whole process was really efficient and simple. The car itself had issues and not much was explained about the cars history other than looking at CarFax. Overall great experience if you just want to pay in cash.

I was impressed that the listed price is also their OTD price. This is unusual, but very welcome from a customer point of view. The salesman, Angel Martinez, was excellent. There was a mixup with my OTD price, considering my tradein, but my salesman was able to get this fixed and I received a refund check. No car buying experience is fun, but I received a good deal on my auto purchase and am very happy with my new ride. I would recommend this dealership for a car purchase, especially if you can work with Angel.

Horrible experience!! I drove 3hrs plus, on April 9th, just to see 1 vehicle in particular! They need to get their stuff in order because it was sold the day before. I even called 2 times while in my way and was made believe the truck was still there! Didn't appreciate the trip for nothing! They con you into going so that when there try to sell you whatever vehicle they think they can sell you! Would never recommend a mediocre dealership like this one!

Terrible. Hard to communicate with and get information. Salesman was very cocky and arrogant. Car needed extensive repairs which were in mechanical Inspection that took me almost 5 days of asking to receive. I would not recommend this dealer.

Didn’t reach deal at dealership on Thursday had further text messsges later in afternoon. Came to an agreement on price. Told them I would in Saturday when they opened up to complete deal. Received a email from carguru saying the truck had been sold on Friday morning Texted salesman if we were still on for Saturday. He then advised me truck had been sold. Apparently truck was sold about 6 hours after we had come to an agreement. After dealing with this dealership I would not recommend them to do business with. If you’re trying to sell a truck at least clean and make it look presentable. Had black stains from the seals dryed on doors. That truck never maintained from my observation. I had reservations about buying the truck, but told them before I followed through it had to be cleaned from top to bottom and also the inside needed cleaned up. They did me a favor by selling it.
