I went into the dealership to pay cash for the vehicle. I know that a car dealership is going to try to sell an extended warranty as well as other things so that wasn’t a surprise. What was a surprise was that the internet price wasn’t the selling price. Staff was friendly.

We got there and the salesman was brand new. 2nd day there. Went to drive the car it made a horrible noise when leaving. Went to back it in and made a hard jerk feeling. Went inside the sales manager asked how it was. Told him the issues and he wanted keep telling us it passed the inspection by mechanics. Then he and the salesman left for over 10 minutes so we left. I also don’t like these dealerships that have 30 salesman walking around like vulchers everywhere you look. Just wasn’t great service or atmosphere.

If you contact them they put you on a subscription to their sales persons email. You think they are being persistent but in fact when you keep getting the same email over and over even after complaining then you notice in small print on the bottom say to unsubscribe go here! Cara was the sales person whose name was in the emails. Can you imagine what the contract small print might say!
