The vehicle was listed as “new” with 1600 miles on it. Turns out that it was a loaner. I asked for out the door price, and after after added fees and add ons, $200 for nitrogen, doc fees, and a couple others, cost was back at MSRP.

It was a joke all the way through! Salesman Scott had no clue what he was doing. I never seen my new Bronco and Scott in the same line of eyesight. Why he didn’t pull it under the awning after I drove 3.5 hrs in the rain to purchase the Bronco is wild in itself. However, as I pull in the Bronco is on my right and Scott is under the awning to my left. He hands me the keys and tells me to go take a look at it. That’s about the full extent of him “showing” the vehicle. The next 4 hrs we’re waiting to get to financing, mind you, the deal was agreed upon the night before. Finally done with him (so I thought) I spend less than 10 minutes in the financial office. I’m now the new owner of a ford bronco! Sweet!!!! Where’s the keys I ask. Scott took the Bronco for a” quick detail “ and any minute he’ll bring it back to me. An hour later after complaining” where’s my car “ I find out it’s not in the detail shop, it’s getting a new download. Absolutely an incompetent salesman.
