I am spending more than $20k on a car listed as $15k and thats with $2'500 down. Plus they hid 2 windshield chips, blown out speaker, and a broken tailgate handle. The car shakes after hitting 6th gear. They are rude and put lots of pressure on the buyer. Stereotypical sleezy salesmen.

The price has changed several times and every time it has gone up. The staff was incredibly rude and gave me a ridiculously low number for my trade. Needless to say we did not buy from them and will never shop there again.

Wouldn’t fix 100 dollars worth of thing that I asked about to be fixed on the car. Pointed out two grease stains in the back asked for that to be handled during detailing got home and noticed it hadn’t been touched. Over dint like the feeling of the whole transaction. Won’t be back

The experience started off well.A salesman brought the car for me to test drive as I live 6 miles away and my car broke down so I didn’t have a way of getting there.When I mentioned I was getting my financing through USAA,immediately the salesman seemed put off and reluctant that it would take a couple of days for a check to come in and Everytime we spoke he kept saying there was a person coming to look at the car and by our 3rd conversation he was saying he had several people coming in, but also there was a “value add on” of $4100 to my price for things the car already came with and the internet price had those things listed.The salesman said if I financed through them they could discount about $1500 off that price.The overall experience was a lot of haggling.That next day we went to another dealership as the salesperson was extremely helpful and posed absolutely no problem working with USAA and stated they use them often and typically get a cashiers check from them on the same day.

Hmthey had the vehicle I was looking for at a great price. Car buying experience was best I’ve ever had, very quick and efficient. Shout out to Shine my sales guy!

Did not appreciate My experience at town east ford, specially pablo being pushy trying to force me to put $4,000 as a down payment. I walked out mid negotiation process as I saw the deal wasn't going in a good direction. I was able to get My brother to co- sign for Me and once I left they started singing a different tune, sent me a text saying they got me approved for $1,500 down payment, $750 a month for 5 years, mind you the numbers said it was 28k in total. I was really looking at 45k with interests. Kinda crazy they could even throw a number out there like that for a used Honda. I took about 15 minutes to answer to the last offer. Pablo sent a message saying "assume you're not doing the deal"? I took few moments to think it through and decided Yes I would do it. Replied to Him and said "I am going through with it" to which He replies "sorry the car just sold" lol really? You cant make this stuff up! Terrible terrible smh, dont forget GOD dont like ugly! Do better

It was an enquiry. Charles Washington was very responsive, sent pictures and a video and followed up. Ended up purchasing in Houston, a little closer to me.
