Josh did an excellent job during our sale process. He had the truck pulled out and ready for us to view. If we had a question and he did not have the answer, he would get it. Josh did a good job getting us the deal we wanted, even though our truck was only his second vehicle he has sold. We spent a little over three hours at the dealership, a little longer than expected. Purchasing our truck was an overall positive experience and we are giving Dobbs Ford an excellent rating.

The vehicle was listed as “new” with 1600 miles on it. Turns out that it was a loaner. I asked for out the door price, and after after added fees and add ons, $200 for nitrogen, doc fees, and a couple others, cost was back at MSRP.

Instead purchased a 2023 Ford Explorer 4wd. MR. Garry Lamberth asked what we were looking for, and within 10 minutes he had it found! And within an hour we were riding away in Our new ride. Thank you Mr. GARRY!!! 😊

Car is still listed for sale, but probably does not exist. I t appears they use this to generate phone calls and have nothing on their lot close to this price, Yes it is clearly disclosed that you must qualify for all rebates. But still nothing even close. I requested it daily times to be removed but claim they can not or will pass my concern along to management. Just be upfront with people and not the reason car dealers have a bad reputation.
