It was a little disappointing- I held off a day going to the dealership because they told me the car would be going through the shop to see what it needed. When I checked the morning I was going, someone came in with cash and scooped it up. Not the dealer's issue, someone comes in with cash and a hot hand you make the deal. I get it.

I had a wonderful experience at Ripley & Fletcher. I scheduled a test drive with Liz, Randy was the salesman that took me out on the road and answered questions, and made me feel welcome. Joe and I went back and forth on pricing and we came to an agreement that we could both be happy with. Tracy worked with me on financing options. I did panic when it came down to the actual purchase and left with buying, I never once felt pressured, everyone was so incredibly nice.
