As usual the problems started when we tried to finalize the price. I told them the price I was willing to pay and what I wanted for my trade. Their offer was several thousand dollars higher than what I thought was fair. I told them that would not work for me and asked for my keys. The salesman returned with the manager. Since their offer was so far away I knew they were just going to waste my time, so I demanded my keys and left.

Claude was my salesman. He was great. The dealership made it almost impossible to complete what should have been a very simple process. Pick a vehicle, pay with wire transfer or cashiers check. They didn’t want ever payment, but forced me to finance to be able to assure the vehicle I wanted was still there when I was able to get there. I live in South Texas the dealership is near Washington DC. finally completed the sale after sitting through several sales pitches for products I wasn’t interested in Nothing quick and easy about doing business with Koons Ford Sterling!
