Marshall Chevrolet basically lied about the price and tried to scam me with a “package” that had to be bought or no purchase could transpire. That added $3000 to the total price. Also was told on 1st visit that my credit was”bullet” and I would get an interest rate in the 5’s. It turned into 6.89%. Basically they were losing money on the deal and were going to make it up at my expense. I will never deal with any Marshall dealerships ever again

It was one of the best car purchasing experiences I've ever had. I would be another car from them in a heart beat , if I needed one.

Randy was very helpful and informative. Though we did not purchase the truck we came to see, I have them looking for another for me and I trust they will do a good job. Everyone we came into contact with at Piles was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

They totally misrepresented this car. I asked specifically about general condition and rust, dings and dents. They told me it was a good car. I drove over 200 miles to see it. Rusty, scratches, all over the car. Wheel wells were rusty and the car was in deplorable condition. I would never buy from these guys.

I was test driving the car while someone else came in and bought it. A different salesman knew that someone was coming in to buy the car and should have made it clear to me instead of saying they were coming in to look. I would have bought the car right then. I am very frustrated and would not shop at this dealer again. I feel like someone else stole the car out from under me.
