Brian at Graham Bay Area Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram called me regarding my interest in the 2018 Ram 1500 Laramie Crew Cab 4 WD. I was not able to go test drive it until the next day. I went and drove the truck and bought it. The staff answered my questions and were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Cool shop. Chill employees. Condition of the vehicle was horrible and pictures didn’t display the severity. I asked if there was any damage the pictures weren’t showing since it would be a 2 hour drive for me to get there and they just said rock chips all over and some wear on interior. Didn’t come close to how much damage was actually done. Also didn’t disclose the check engine light was on and they had the part. Just poor communication about the vehicle but I understand trying to get it off their lot. Honesty and transparency goes a long way guys.
