Dealership had poor communication. Reached out to Taylor for the purchase of a vehicle with my own finance already secured. It took two days to get a response back and then no contact for another day. When calling back to the dealership I was told Taykor had been "off" but the vehicle I inquired had just had a deposit made that morning. When I asked to speak to management, as I shpuld have secired the car two days prior when initially inquired, I was told the vehicle was gone. It was picked up earlier in the day. A clear lack of communication from their sales team to me and amongst themselves.

I have not bought it yet but I’m planning on getting it soon they are very helpful and I would recommend them to everyone

Everything went very smooth, went in test drove the vehicle. Found the vehicle to my liking talked numbers, the next day went in and did all the paperwork and walked out with a new vehicle.

Replied to email, never received communication after.

Contacted the dealership at 5:00pm and I was advised that the car was available. Set up an appointment on line for 10:00AM the following morning. Drove an hour to the dealership and was advised upon arrival that the car was not available, and that they had taken a deposit on it several days earlier. Further, advised that the dealership AI program which communicates with costumers is not working correctly. Salesman advised he saw my appointment when he arrived to work in the morning, but didn’t look at the specifics until I walked in the door. Otherwise, he would have called me to advise the car was not available. Not what I expected from a Toyota Dealership !
