Open Book Auto is a new car dealership in Farmington conveniently located next to the mall. We wanted to trade our 4 Runner for the Ford F-150 as we needed a truck more than an SUV. We test drove the truck to our house to make sure it would fit in our garage. While that was happening Open Book was appraising our 4 Runner. Jesse, our salesman, was excellent 👏 and a good sport as the truck is turbo powered and I could do zero to 60 in 3 seconds. I kept trying it out while he was in the backseat. So thumbs up to Jesse - you are so patient. There was no going back and forth with pricing as the value of my suv and their truck was equal. I said up front I didn't want to pay for anything. But we did end up splitting the difference for all new tires as well as the spare - with their company discount it was less than $600. Im good with that. The truck runs like a dream. 5 stars + to everyone at Open Book Auto - you made it a pleasant experience. Thank you!
