The experience was OK but they had tried to have me paying double for this car. That’s a 2018 for 29,000.

Dan was great throughout the entire process. It’s wonderful to work with an owner that is knowledgeable and enjoys his business. He was available during early inquiries, always moved the discussion and process forward at the appropriate pace. Vehicle was as advertised and the pricing discussion was open and frank. I’d be very comfortable working with him again as well as recommending him to others.

Horrible time with dealer. Bait and switch. Sent to wrong address, found the vehicle sold when I arrived.

All the staff were professional and answered any questions my wife and I had. Bill Benjamin and Lisa Shane were extremely helpful. Not the ‘pushy experience we’ve had in the past at other places. If you don’t know Jack then you don’t know Schmitt.

They are advertising with Bait and Switch methodology, they sent a out a flyer via mail with $5K off the base price of their vehicles and are not honoring it, they are using it to get you into the dealer. Every attempt to get them to share a buyers order listing the OTD pricing reflecting the offer has been refused, ignored, etc...

Unethical and Unprofessional Dealership We came in ready to buy a Supra at the listed price, no negotiations. Salma then tried to raise the price over the phone, and when we refused, she abruptly told us to “come tomorrow at 12 PM” and hung up. Despite trying to leave a deposit multiple times, they refused — only to later accept one from an out-of-state buyer. Eddie then called and casually said they had changed the price, and Jason offered no real help in resolving the situation. We were serious local buyers with a cashier’s check ready, and this entire process was handled with zero professionalism. Avoid Eddie, Salma, Jason, and this dealership altogether. We’ll be filing a BBB complaint.

People there were very rude. They didn't even pay attention that I was there, and when I asked questions the dealer acted as if he was annoyed with me. Never will return there.
