Concesionarios cercanos (Fairfield, PA)

Rating less than one star. Dealer called to make an appointment to view vehicle but when I got there it was not ready to view and still was not an hour later so left and told them I was very unhappy. Was told I needed an appointment as this vehicle was in high demand, but I think that was a sale gimmick / lie. I let them know I would NEVER recommend them. I wanted to pay cash but was told I needed to pay $ 1,000 more than the displayed price unless financed and plus pay them $ 500 for a trade-in. They said I did not read the fine print and that this is standard. I would never have gone if I knew these things as it took 3 hours of my time and 60 miles.

Set up an appointment to look at vehicle. When I arrived I was told that a gentleman from Baltimore arrived at 4 and started to purchase the vehicle from them but no one communicated that with me that would have saved me a useless trip. That seems to me to be a common courtesy I would have expected from a professional dealership.

They were very nice and responsive! If I was looking I would shop with this dealership!

I had seen the jeep online and went to look at it. The frame actually had holes in it underneath. I took pictures. Unless it was marked as is somewhere that I didn't see it. But it wasnt mentioned in cargurus page.

WARNING DO BUY from Criswell, their voodoos math starts off at MSRP which has freight all ready in it, then they add it back in claiming it is Maryland law. They fall back on their disclosure which does state freight, sales tax, tags not included. if this was an honest car dealer the would have deducted it off the MSRP to start. I question this with salesman Mr. M.W. to the point that he ran out of defensive moves on his sales pitch and he did not try to get his sales manager involved as he know that they (Criswell) has always doubling up on freight cost. I would highly recommend a Hell No to Criswell period.
