contacted them about a car. they responded quickly. we set up an appointment to view the car the next day. there were multiple texts, emails and phone calls that afternoon. in the morning there was a different salesperson reaching out with calls, texts and emails. i responded i was on my way. got there and they hadn't gotten the car out yet. the salesperson was rude and defensive. they then took 30+ min to bring out the wrong car. they finally bring out the car and i give them my id while i inspect. i went in to get the keys for the test drive. the sales guy says they got a deposit on the car last night and no one told him. he was again defensive and rude. too bad because i had cash and they could have sold me a car, but instead they wasted over an hour of my time.
