very bad, made me run credit with them before test ride even though I made it very clear I would not be financing with them. Car battery was dead when we arrived. Salesman was rude and arrogant, argued with us over the quality of the car and ignored our issues with it. WASTE OF TIME

They changed the price when they knew I wanted the car. I bought it anyway. Assured me they would deliver the car on Monday. I had to iniciate contact on Monday. They said they would call me back. They did not. I picked the car up myself.

The only good part of that experience was my sales report Isaiah. He was amazing! The sales and service managers lack professionalism, customer service, management skills, and so much more. I drove 2.5hrs to walk away from a car i wanted to buy. Thank God I did not buy it....It had mechanical issues that they DID NOT want to address until AFTER I bought it. I DONT THINK SO! Don't bother going to this establishment if you are not a local....You will waste your time, get treated badly, and miss out on another car that will be much better closer to where you live. After I left, this car was placed back on the lot without being looked at.

Over the years I have bought close to 10 cars from Jeff Wyler dealerships. The last 2 times I’ve dealt with them has surfaced some very questionable business practices. With the Fairfield location, I inquired about an excellent priced SUV, set up an appointment, and was told it would be held for me. As I was in my car getting ready to head that way, I was called and told that it just sold. Based on the shady experience I had with the Colerain location, later on that same evening, I asked my wife to inquire about the same vehicle and sure enough it was “available” and was asked to set up an appointment. She did for the following day. Would you believe that shortly before we were both getting ready to go for the appointment, my wife was told it just sold a half an hour ago. Shortly thereafter she was texted several vehicles that were much more expensive with very comparable specs. Go figure!
