Jeff was my sales rep who made me feel very comfortable during the process. I’ve never bought a vehicle from carmax before until now and I have to say it was an easy going process. Next car I buy for my wife, I’m going to look at carmax first.

Was responsive and made appointment to see vehicle. When I arrived I was told by one salesman that they were helping a customer and the person I made appointment with would help me in a minute. Unfortunately that same first salesman took off leaving my person to have to take care of his customer first. It was kind of rude, if I make an appointment I shouldn’t have to wait a half hour with my kid outside. In addition the 2009 Mercedes E350 black had 3 inches of water in the trunk well that we found and it had been there for quite a while by how rusty everything in the trunk well and spare tire area was. Water was in with the battery and fuse board very dangerous to operate so opted to pass on test drive and the car because of rust and rot. He was genuinely surprised and didn’t know it was there but you can’t say it’s a great car if you don’t really know the car you’re selling that well. Disappointing all around.

Friendly and straightforward. Was my first time buying a car and they put everything into simple words for me and helped me to purchase the car I went to look at. They even offered to replace the cracked windshield I had! Will recommend this dealer to everyone I know and will be purchasing from them in the future again. There’s something for everyone.
