I've purchased many vehicles in my life and it was a pleasure working with James and Sam at Prestige. I had a price issue which opened up a great conversation. Prices are high right now and they helped me understand why. I did not purchase the GL they had for sale because I went with one with more miles for cheaper. My overall experience with Black Diamond Auto Sales wasn’t very professional at all. I had to keep repeatedly calling them and which they forwarded me to the finance department, which I was instructed to fill out a application for a specific vehicle I was greatly interested in and was told that I would be receiving a phone. Which I never received so I’m left with no response or no answer to a product I was very well interested in and I don’t understand how’s that supposed to be as a respectful consumer.
