First off it took 2 days to get a appointment to come and look at a vehicle. The vehicle I looked at had a very bad funky smell on the inside,the front bumper on driver side was messed up and broken, and the worst part is the motor shakes very bad and the motor mounts are bad and need to be change asap, I don't think they should have it on the line or up for sale for 19k with all what's wrong with it. I came in with my receipts and proff of how much I paid for my vehicle less than 30days ago and they straight low ball me told me it's worth 8k-10k when mines was cleaner,smelled and drove better than there's. (Scammers) keep your money and go to a real dealership! Before you talk numbers run the car Vin threw carfax or KellyBluebook and see how much that vehicle is worth and all the hidden problems it have first.

AVOID, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Attempted to contact them about a vehicle, got a response from two different people with nothing more than a generic pre-canned greeting. I asked specific questions (I live 4 hrs from there, needed to know if it was worth the drive to see it in person) and got no response from either of them. Kylyend and Vanessa were the employees who did not respond. They signed me up to receive junk email from their dealership but I never got my answers. I then forwarded both responses with an explanation of my frustration to their Internet manager (Ms Thibodeaux, I copied and pasted her email from their website so I know it was sent to the correct address) and I have still yet to hear back several days later. Don’t waste your time with this company who places zero value on potential customers. If the car was what I was looking for, they missed out on a cash deal. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Waste of time . After I submitted paperwork and went to gather funds for purchase I asked could I pay deposit to hold car and was told yes Salesman ghosted me. Sold car to someone else
