Eddie was the salesman who helped me, and he is great. I reached out a week before I was able to come in, he answered all the questions he was able to and got back to me with the questions he didn’t know. He followed up with me throughout the week and was very helpful when I was finally able to get there. I was not excited about trading in my car, but he understood that I was having trouble letting go of my old car and gave me some time to really think through it. Since purchasing, he has followed up with me daily about a few things they agreed to, to help with the sale. They were very professional and easy to work with. Hopefully I won’t have to buy another car for a very long time, but I’ll be revisiting them for my next purchase.

Dealing with Shay Johnson at Mark McLarty Toyota was a complete waste of my time. Never had such a bad experience. I was LIED to about a price reduction and led to believe my financing was being processed when, in reality, the application was never even submitted to finance department. Communication was unprofessional and eventually non-existent. Not answering calls and texts, always saying they are with other customers. highly unprofessional language. I’ve had better service from small independent lots than I received at this major dealership. They need to seriously evaluate their training and staff integrity.
