Salesman left me to get car and left me standing inside 15 min. No communication, never came back. So I left without notice. Figured he deserved the same respect I got.

This is my 25th new car purchase including 7 BMW’s and my first Mercedes. I shopped on my own dozens and dozens of dealerships searching for a 2026 AMG GLE 53 ranging from Connecticut to Virginia to Ohio and beyond. Lehigh Valley MB was one of the best buying experiences I have ever encountered from Sales (Sam Kokosky) to Management (Travis Kost) to the Service Dept (entire team- Cayden and Mr. Ellis) and Financial Services (Elijah). For me, it becomes less about the actual vehicle and more about the relationships, the personal engagement, and the appreciation for the entire purchasing process. As a public school educator, I give an A+ and 5 stars to this dealership and the people both in front and behind the scenes!!

Sales people are very nice, but the car in question was overpriced so we could not come to an agreement

Jon went out of his way to try to get me in the truck I wanted. He was very low pressure and went above and beyond to deliver it to the local Toyota dealership for a pre buy inspection that I scheduled.

I drove an hour and a half to see a car that I called them about the night before. I asked them questions about the car and took a test drive. And I went over finance options with them. I left the dealership and called them later to have them put a hold on the car for me that's when they told me the car was sold. So the car was actually sold before I went up there. They told me they thought I was the person who bought the car earlier. Why would I ask questions about the car, test drive it. and go over the finances if I was the person that already bought it. Four hours of my day wasted. I'm still pissed.
