Sales manager or the owner was rude to me,and if he replied to me I have him recorded I have spent 6 hours driving back-and-forth with a friend to get the vehicle but he sold it to one of his color at the end what he said is CAN I HELP YOU?

Amazing people!! Unfortunately I couldn't get a car due to the loan I had but thats not their fault

Salesman was laid back and easy to communicate with. The sales manager, however, was impossible to work with. He kept pulling numbers out of thin air and trying to act like my wife and I were idiots when we got lost in his poor explanations. We decided to step out once he repeatedly told us “its simple math” when I asked him to explain one of the several additional fees. When we were standing up, he *told* us to sit down, instead of just politely asking. According to the sales manager, all of their vehicles have a pre-applied “protection package” totalling up to $900 that they swear they can’t remove. Also, beware the significant price differences between what they post online and what the actual prices are. The truck posting online was $1,800 cheaper than what the actual price was. When confronted, the salesman said that “they can’t control that number online; it’s up to the website” which has got to be the goofiest lie I’ve heard from a salesman ever.
