Purchased vehicle here in Nov 2023. Drove from 2 hours away for purchase. Overall, everyone there was super friendly and very personable. However they seemed disorganized and overall they dragged out the process quite a bit. For perspective, we agreed on a price at 2pm, after being there about 2 hours, and we're not able to drive away with the vehicle until almost 6-7pm. They did lots of making us wait for very little progress. However I was happy with the price we agreed to, and content on waiting a bit. I'd guess this was likely this wait was to make us extra worn out and spacey for signing paperwork. On top we weregiven floormats that werent for the correct vehicle model, although we stated we didn't need any and would be purchasing custom ones. Now we got these junk mats that are our responsibility to throw out. They also misinformed us of the current fuel level when leaving somehow, as if they didn't know? Either way, it was overall a fine enough process, but just a bit chaotic.
