Went and viewed the car, the dealer did not have the car clean and one tire was low on pressure after a 5 hr drive would have been nice to have it road ready, but they were very helpful and honest, and we ended up purchasing it for a very fair price

Perfect dealership experience. I avoided all car lots for 20 years because I felt cheated and harassed by salespeople. This was the complete opposite. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, transparent about the vehicle and pricing. I wanted a tow hitch it did not have. The salesperson offered to do a little research but recommended we also contact a Land Rover dealership. While I chose one with a factory installed tow package, I would’ve been very comfortable buying from Auto City.

I would say this was one of my easiest time at the dealership. Perhaps because the manager, Robert, was very transparent and accommodating. Plus, my wife and I did our homework. So we knew what we want and what we can afford. Overall, the staff we dealt with were very accommodating and it was a great experience. Shout out to Clarissa, Zach and Robert! Overall only purchased the vehicle due to the pricing and mileage. Otherwise, spent $500 just to make the vehicle road safe. Meaning the spare tire has to be replaced and the entire jack system was missing. Poor communication led to me consistently following up to complete the purchase. Just took the deal and had to refinance afterwards for the correct rate
