They gave me an extremely low estimate for the trade-in price. They added a lot of fees to the financing. To their defense I have bad credit, but it came very unexpectedly. We had discussed terms that did not match once I was in the finance office.

The salesman was amazing. His name was Mike. He loaned me the car to take it to a nearby mechanic for an inspection. He showed me the work they did to the car at the dealership. I didn't get enough for my trade-in. I paid too much for the car, the folks were pleasant and created the best experience as you can have buying a car and spending so much money.

I requested interior pictures and a quick video of the engine running. I was very interested in the car but none of the sales reps were will to help. I was an out of town buyer but the kept texting the the couldn't take pictures of video. To make a long story sort APX auto has worst customer service, and to think I was willing to buy the car and pay to have it shipped to Ks. I will not recommend APX to anyone LUSICOUS MOORE

Selected a car through them, and process was quick and smooth, though they did overdo things with messages via e-mail and text and phone approaching the appointment, and definitely a volume dealer experience, with my sale being passed around to several different people. Main critique is even with all this correspondence and knowing full well that we were explicitly coming to see a plug in electric vehicle, when we arrived (on time!) they were unprepared and the vehicle had 0% charge, so a waste of time.
