Even though I did not buy the vehicle, I was super impressed with the customer service of the staff. The only reason I didn't purchase was the shipping cost to get the car to me. Other than that the salesman was very cooperative and informative. He even sent me a video of the vehicle and answered all my questions.

Dealer was completely dishonest over the phone. I gave them all the details of my trade and including the understanding that it would incur negative equity. The dealer told me that I could trade my car and put no money down and that I could expect at least payment of high 500s to 600 a month. I was told if I come into the dealer they might be able to do even better than that. When I went to the dealer after calling ahead and once again confirming the details of my trade in, the dealer kept me waiting around for over a half hour only for someone to come up to me and tell me that they could not roll all of the negative equity from my truck into the new lease. Complete waste of time. After the dealer confirmed that somebody had indeed given me those numbers of high 500s to 600s, as an apology they sent me a $5 gift card... I guess the over 3 hours of my time my wife and I spent driving to the dealer is only worth $5. Only gave one star because zero is not an option

After quickly getting texts and emails from Lux car sales, I sent multiple emails to find out what the dealership costs are and if the vehicle came with 2 sets of Key Fobs and I got no response. I did not go to see the car because their lack of response told me they add on hefty costs at the end of the deal. No thank you.
