The worst dealer in the city! I called with 4k down they wanted me to do all the paperwork before I seen the car. Literally wanted to have the whole deal done before I test drove the vehicle. I did what asked approved at 10% and I had 4k down. When I got to the lot 2hrs after my appointment I see the car running, so I peak in, now I had an ac issue in my Porsche that cost me 5k. So first thing I notice was the AC was blowing cold. I asked the rep he went inside and said “ oh we marked it down 2k. “ I told him why did you inform me of that this is a 45 min drive for me… the sales rep slammed the hood of the car and said the deal was off. Was very angry. I laughed walked to my Porsche. And went to google reviews. They lie and aren’t honest. I went the next to Berkenkotter Motors in Parker, the next day got a better approval with the same car at a better price. They lost a serious buyer to poor service.

Their ad was inaccurate the motor stated on the ad is not the motor the vehicle has in it I would not have wasted my time going and looking at it if I had known which motor was in the vehicle by their inaccurate ad just wasted a bunch of my time and fuel to go look at the vehicle that I would never purchase
