***Multiple prior purchases **** this place has changed big time and unfortunately not fit the better! The manager “matched” a competitors trade offer from just days prior to get me not to buy from said competitor and when I got in completely backed out after I drove 2 cars an hour away to them which they knew so the pressure sales tactics started. Had 2 other offers the same as what they came up to but liked the truck they had better so put deposit they tried to find every reason why they had to pay the original offer a few k less which again the other dealer seen days before which is why they came up to steal my deal from them..Run away from this dealer fast. I have proof so they can deny all they want if they try to. Car dealer scammers at its finest

Charlie made it very easy with his friendly and positive attitude and he wasn't pushing me into buying the car. He is very honest and listens well and is happy to please the customer. Since it is my first time buying a vehicle, it would of been helpful to know about getting a certified check from the bank (which I figured out) before driving 2 hours from CT. And I wish I was able to have the whole 20 days to go to DMV in CT. The temporary license plate started on May 20th when I bought the car on May 27th so I lost 7 days to schedule. DMV is very busy and I was only able to get an appointment 1 day prior to it's expiration. Otherwise, everything else was good and I love my new Audi Q3. Thank you
