They are deceptive and sketchy, and they will completely ignore you after the sales. They will direct you to send email to their sales team and you will never get any response back. They deceive you all the way. Here’s my experience with them: - The rep who ran the credit check lied that he sent the application to only 1 bank, I got hit a few days later with hard inquiry notifications from all credit bureau from 3 different banks. - Minutes after I drove out, the car came up with a faulty “cabin heat unavailable”. The second day, the low voltage battery was out as well. I called them immediately to let them know, later they put my call on endless hold. I already paid for the car, but was just looking for helpful information to fix the error. I had drive the car with not heat In freezing cold weather to their office to get someone’s attention. They feel they are a big dealership and an individual customer is too small to worry about. Very bad experience in all.

I am highly disappointed ! I had the car delivered and thy delivered almost dark! the tires are peeling rubber! I cant even drive because its roaring and sound horrible! The supervisor said they passed inspection! I have called about 20 times or more only to get a negative response! Im contacting the media if they don’t correct this very soon! I can’t believe they would actually let any car leave their lot with such bad tires! Im about to make some serious noise!!
