Most pleasant car buying experience I ever had!

Vehicle was priced wrong and they blamed it on the third party websites. They tried to get us into a truck that was 30k+ more. Bait and switch for sure.

Called in advance and was told the car was available and good to go. Drove the whole way out there for the car to be there, but was told they don’t have the title and no paperwork could be done, but I could be put on a waiting list and hopefully be the first one to get to the dealership when they received the title in a few weeks.

Online purchases is apparently a joke to this dealer ship and financing this van haha their fiance app was apparently having technical difficulties we me and my husband filled out their app 5 times each and still didnt get an answer if we were approved and it took them over a week to get back and forth to us to apply each time so we took our bussiness else where couldnt wouldnt recommend this dealership

We drove from Tulsa to see a vehicle listed within our budget, but the experience was very disappointing. At first, they couldn’t even find the car. When they finally brought it out, the associate himself admitted that “this car doesn’t run well.” From the outside, we could see it shaking, the check engine light and tire light were on, and it even had a spare tire mounted. Instead of showing us another option or trying to understand our needs, the focus immediately shifted to pushing financing. One salesperson was even aggressive and inappropriate, making us feel like we were “naïve” for wanting to pay cash or stick to our budget, and insisted the solution was to finance a $20,000 car—completely outside of what we were looking for. In the end, we purchased elsewhere. The experience here was terrible: no real effort to help us find the right car, only pressure to take on unnecessary debt. Listing a car at a certain price but then showing one that doesn’t even run properly is not hone

Hunter Adams is a top rate sales associate. 5 star. The vehicle was everything he said it was. The whole group is A+ If your looking for Honesty and Integrity, go no further!!

Staff was great. Car is a total disappointment. In my opnion Toyota is now worse quality than American cars. The only reason it's not a 1 rating is because of the great sales lady.
