I did not purchase from this dealer because I found a car that I really wanted from a different dealer but here at Chrysler Dodge they are very attentive and they listen to what you want. I really appreciate that. I will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Zach was very helpful and the experience was as easy as expected. They were ready for us at expected time with the truck ready since we were coming from an hour away. Overall couldn't ask for a better experience and deal.

The silver/gray 2500 Ram that we drove 2 hours to see & drive was already sold & gone. No one informed us of that. We did try out a white one which was riddled with hail damage. It seemed to be a fine truck, but again, it was riddled with hail damage. It drove out fine. We were originally told it would be an additional $2000 to get the damage removed. Then it was just a $1000. Then if we really wanted it, they would fix the damage at no extra cost. I guess expecting to see the silver truck & not, it pretty much took the interest right out of me. The people were fine. the sales person was nice. Just needed to be informed ahead of time. Not sure who this Katy Smith was who was emailing us. Didn't meet her. Oh well, have a good day.
