Avoid this dealership at all costs. They advertise cars online at prices that are 10–15% lower just to lure you in. Once you show serious interest, they suddenly “recalculate” the total and the real price ends up being much higher than what was promised. Classic bait-and-switch tactic. It’s a complete waste of time and energy. They count on people getting emotionally involved and already invested in the process. But this place is not honest, not transparent, and definitely not professional. This dealership is not worth your trust. Don’t fall for the trap.

Didn’t even try to get my business. Provided all info about my trade along with KBB instant cash offer and multiple other offers from local dealers and they stood by their low ball offer that was 4k lower than KBB and almost 6k lower than what I sold the truck for to a local dealer. This is the same Courtesy I’ve always experienced and do not recommend anyone to them and continue to not do business with them.
