Solid, if you get the right sales rep. One of the reps that I was dealing with was very uninterested, dry, uninterested, and careless. Michael Woody is the guy’s name. I’d text him questions about my inquiry and he’d take a while to reply and when he did eventually reply he’d give very dry, few word answers. Also, when I inquired about a warranty to try and get a better idea of what my true OTD price would be, he’d basically give a lazy answer and say, “I’d have to take that up with my finance team”. Well ok, do it then! That’s the whole point of me asking about it lol. Usually you can’t get sales reps to leave you alone, as they’re trying to gain a sell. This guy was the complete polar opposite. Horrible experience honestly.

The Dealership was accommodating and helpful. They allowed my Mechanic to complete a detailed inspection of the vehicle and were very responsive to our questions and concerns including replacing the existing tires with 4 brand new tires prior to purchasing the vehicle. The only relatively minor issue was the vehicle should have been washed prior to our inspection or at the time we took delivery. It wasn't.

I was surprised, the process was smooth and easy. Ryan did a great job.

The staff was great until the day after I made the purchase. Tried three different ways to contact the finance department and was unsuccessful. A simple call back would have upped my rating.

I had a pretty awful experience with the Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Avondale dealership. I inquired on a truck and then was met with what appeared to be chat bot responses. I was then transferred to a sales associate named Yolanda Ortiz. I stated that I was buying from out of state multiple times and that I also had 2 trade ins to work with. She asked for my trade in details and I promptly gave those to her. 5 days went by with no response from her or anyone else about where we were at reharding details about the trade ins, financing process, and out of state pick up/delivery process. I sent multiple emails checking in on the status of the deal. Again, no reply. I received a notification yesterday from CarGurus that the truck was now sold. Wow. What a way to treat customers who are actively trying to close a deal. Thanks for wasting my time.

The salesman was very helpful. The deal was exceptable. I bought the new Jeep.

I love this car.

We were there for almost 4 only looked at one vehicle because the one we wanted wasn’t in the lot so we didn’t get to test drive the car we chose. We were told the ceramic coating was free but there was a charge. Due to not being able to see the car during the purchase, we signed all paperwork but after it was delivered we didn’t like the inside of the car. But we had already signed all the paperwork so we got stock with it. I was a salesman so everything that happened during my purchase was backwards. So honestly I’m not really happy with the purchase.
