These guys are the easiest to work with in the business. I hate buying vehicles but this experience has renewed my faith in the car industry. They truly put my interest in first place and helped were and when ever they could.

Clearly told them not to touch the sunroof on our trade in when checking it over. They touched it and made it 10x worse. Now we have a flooding sunroof and no new vehicle as the vehicle we looked at had problems and we passed on it.

Fair and easy to work with.

My sales rep was good. The sale, trade part was a bit of a ‘communication’ or ‘miscommunication’ error. Apparently. I returned the next day to finalize and it was a bit offputting. What was verbal the day before was not so in contract. After a time and more concessions on my end, as I maintained my part of the previous day’s agreement, the dealership made excuses. There was a small revision on the finance department end, an attempt to correct the miscommunication? I wasn’t too happy and even a bit upset. Once more. The salesman I visited with was a good experience, oddly he wasn’t available the next day when I returned though? The second day I felt like I was thrown to the wolves. I did purchase the vehicle, but left with an obvious displeased countenance. Rate right down the middle. 2 1/2 of 5.
