Finance was also no problem Crystal knew her stuff and handled everything professional and quick . Great dealer because they not that big but way more friendly and personal then the bigger dealers I liked that location a lot.Also very clean

I texted back-and-forth with a member of the team from the dealership. Explaining in detail that I was only concerned about the out the door price. I was told if I came to the dealership I would not be wasting my time and that we could work out a deal. Only when I got there, it was not an option. Wasting over an hour of my time on an unnecessary drive. The member of this team was deceptive and hoped that I was naïve or vulnerable.

They had the truck listed on their website so I went with all intentions of buying it if it was a good truck. The truck was parked in the back and wasn’t even ready to sale.so they said to give them a week which I did and called back and the truck still wasn’t ready. 3 weeks went by and a lady called me saying the truck was ready to show so I rode by to find that the truck STILL wasn’t ready. So I went to another dealer in statesville NC and found and bought the exact truck I had been looking for.
