Nick picked me up at Avis rental car but got there before I arrived and told the lady I was on the way because they were closing at three and I got there 5 minutes before closing to drop the rental car off, everything had go right including my wife signing papers through email which Todd done a good job at have the papers ready, long story short I was on my way back to WV with a nice RAM thank you to all

The staff was great they got me approved with a down payment we kept in contact with text Jonathon and Anna was both very responsive when I had the money texted Anna told her I be down after work about 530-6 she said great she would get things ready and I only spent maybe a hr and a half there jeep was pulled up and ready for me financial guy was awesome vthe whole staff very polite and Anna was happy for me so I gave her a hug great experience

Inquired about the f-150. Was contacted and they ran my credit thru 7 different banks of what I approved them to do but then once they ran my credit that many times they quit calling me and all communication stopped. Was told they would call me back tomorrow and that never happened. Waited 2 more days and still nothing so I called them again for them to say I’ll call you on Saturday about the truck and still never heard a word.

I was not able to get financing however the staff was very on top of everything and great communication.

I found this truck on Car Gurus. I showed interest and then all of the sudden the price jumped up almost 2000 dollars.DEVIN the salesman texted me nonstop while i was trying to figure out a day to come and see the truck. I live 2 hours away. Devin then just stopped communication after I showed him Car Guru price and magicly the pricwe was increased. I was ready to pull the trigger on the truck i was looking at, even without seeing it in person or driving it. Rubbed me very wrong. Why increase the price when someone is interested. The truck sat on the lot for over 40 days, keep the price as advertised to move inventory. Very disapointed.

Dealership and salesman worked up a deal sheet and sold the vehicle to a sales managers family member while I was making the 2.5hr drive there. Would not recommend doing business here.
