Made an appointment on a Wednesday to drive the car on Saturday. They called and texted everyday to make sure I was keeping my appointment on Saturday. They even texted me while I was driving over an hour to the appointment. When I got there I did not see the car. I asked the salesman if they had it in back and he informed me it sold days earlier. They wasted my time and money for a car they didn't have. Then had the nerve to keep texting me about coming out to look at another car. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Kayla was wonderful. I was from out of town and we were able to do everything over the phone. They had everything ready when I showed up and was in and out in less than an hour. If you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, go see her.

The staff lied to me they said the truck had a miss fire and couldn't sell it. But the next I received a message that the truck was fine now. I don't deal with liars.

Ill admit the paint and overall condition was excellent for the age. But I asked if they allowed pre purchase inspections. I was advised not to worry I could bring it back after the sale if it didnt pass a PPI within 250 miles or 5 days. I immediately informed them once you buy it its a active loan. Ive never seen a loan reversed. So I looked closer at the car as best I could after they kept pushing the issue. Im glad I did because even tho the car was supposedly completely serviced. The radiator overflow was less than a inch from the bottom even after it was warmed up prior to my arrival. Several red flags.Without a cold start some issues can be hidden. The obvious red flag was instead of offering to send it back to the shop they said oh we can top it off ? The car was just in service their are only a few reasons for a low coolant reservoir. The radiator and coolant reservoir caps were suspiciously new looking.Without testing the cooling sys there is no way to tell.
