Salesmen was very accommodating! He responded and sent information, video, etc. very promptly. Price was great and vehicle was what I was looking to purchase. Before I could get transportation estimates and arrange, it sold!

Javier was our salesman. He did a very good job. The process was simple and very straightforward. All documents were verified, and our test drive was quick and easy. The financing was easy due to the pre approval process. The wait was about 2 hours. That was expected. Signing the paperwork and financing did not take too long. Finally, we had to wait briefly for the detailing process to be completed. We drove home and have been pleased with our purchase. The JCDP Serpentine dealership did an admirable job.

Have dealt with Deacons on multiple occasions. They are the best in the way they treat there customers, there are none better. I recommend Deaacons to all of my friends..

Purchased the vehicle with severe undisclosed damage to both sides. There was a poor attempt to hide the damage with body filler. Online photos were not accurate. Asked for a video of it starting up to see if there was ticking (broken exhaust manifold bolt). The video avoided the first few minutes of it warming up so the tick would go away. The walk around portion of the video avoided showing the damage. I signed finance documents and two days later I was told I needed to resign. Upon looking at the documents they tried to add $1600 for wheel and tire protection. Made them take it off. The funniest part is one of the tires doesn’t match the rest are in poor shape and the wheels are in horrible shape so the wheel protection plan is very laughable. They delayed shipping and communication. I asked to unwind the deal or get $4500 in compensation. They told me they did their due diligence and I haven’t talked to them since.

The salesman Rava, was very professional,and honestly, we were treated respectfully, the process, from the time I stepped on the lot,to driving out with my new car, was reasonably, fast, it was just roughly just under a hour and a half, I'd recommend or send anyone to Brunswick Auto

Great experience… Calder the salesman was honest and hardworking to deliver the deal we negotiated with absolutely NO hiccups!!! Highly recommend the group from sales to finance to anyone who wants a fair deal at more than fair prices!!!
