I was surprised and disappointed at the exceptionally low level of Customer Service from this dealership. There is a lot of competition out there so I'm confident I will be able to purchase the vehicle I want, just not from this dealership. Here are the details of my experience. I found a vehicle on CarGurus that matched what I was looking for. I was unable to find that same vehicle on the dealer's own website so I inquired about it. Within an hour or so I received a response that they too could not find that vehicle but that someone else would contact me on Monday about it. When nobody did I followed up again and this time a different person said someone would follow up. By late Tuesday I still had not gotten a response so I followed up again. This time a different person sent me the link to a different vehicle without stating if the vehicle I wanted was available or not. I complained to the dealer and received an email back stating a manager would be contacting me. Still waiting.

The vehicle I wanted I thought was a handicap vehicle. Turns out it was not. Julian Jones was very helpful in doing detective work trying to track it down for me.

Checked with dealer by phone day before driving from Winston Salem to Concord for availability of vehicle, told it was. On drive down , called and was told again it was available and would have it waiting . When we arrived was passed on to a sales person who said it was available according to computer. After looking and meeting with manager was told the car was sold the day before. Was told the person we spoke to twice before was just a phone operator and we could not speak to her.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Stateline. I was interested in a 2026 Jeep Wrangler Sport S that was advertised online at a discounted price and pictured with a lift, aftermarket wheels and tires already installed. After communicating with the dealership about the vehicle and advertised price, I was later presented with a proposal adding a $10,000 upfit charge that had not been clearly disclosed during my initial conversations. I escalated my concerns to management, and afterward I noticed the online pricing presentation for the same VIN had changed to show dealer add-ons. As a customer, I should not have had to save screenshots, research multiple listings, and repeatedly question the pricing to determine the actual cost. I ultimately chose not to purchase from Stateline because I lost confidence in the transaction. Get the complete out-the-door price and all dealer-added charges in writing before purchasing.

They were responsive, however, they rated my trade-in about $6,000.00 below another dealership, and against a $49,000.00 sticker price for a brand new 2026 BE vs. their 2025 w/13,000 Mike's on it, and priced at the time at close to $42,000.00. Conclusion: Their Ridgeline was priced quite high given you could buy a brand new 2026 Ridgeline BE for around $43-44,000.00 OTD.

There was a young lady there who helped me her name was Mackenzie she was polite she was delightful and she did try to help me out I'm sorry I couldn't work something out but she is a good salesperson listen I hope she goes far and your company God bless you all take care Howard Eskenazi

Great experience and Mike made an out of town purchase seemless and efficient in and out in an hour.

The overall experience was good. However, note they do have dealer adding and charge a fee for reconditioning that should already be included in the price but is not.

They never ever got back to me at all in any way.
