The mis communication left us 4 hours in the sales room. I have spoken to the sales manager and he is going to work on communication issues. The car itself is great and was as advertised. It was not clear that there was a standard fee of $700 added to the price of the car so new buyers should be aware of that.

Overall a good experience, its what you expect from a dealership. Pros *fast time in and out with going to my bank to fiance and dealership time about 6 1/2 hours out the door. *Car was detailed *Full tank upon leaving Cons *Same old dealership stuff very pushy on adds on and warranties. Such as oh I'll loss my job if this add on us taken off completely *Financial advisor was nice but very pushy on financing with the dealership and did not like I wanted to go to my bank could tell she was visibly by face and the way she talked about how they would possibly offer better. Told them in the door I already had financing and was interested. *Trade in low ball, just $250 over what I owed on my vehicle, when market value was $2,000-$4000+ more depending on add ons and market interest. Overall not a bad experience but definitely a one and done. I got the vehicle I wanted clean, filled up, and out the door quick.
