I felt like the credit app process was extensive. I was pre approved but still took 3 days 6 months of bank statement last check of 2026 and last check of 2025 stubs plus W2 from last 2 jobs. Never had to do all that for a car loan before but in the end it all worked out. I was approved n got my Jeep. Finance lady Joelle was very thurough and worked hard to get me approved. Derrick is great. If youre looking for a vehicle ask for him. A knowledgable and friendly man, didnt try to sell me something I didnt want. Listened to what I was looking for and didnt try to push me to buy anything just gave me facts and let ne make my mind up.

I messaged the dealer from the site to check if the vehicle was still available. I did get an email back for awhile so I called the dealership and left my phone number asking for a call. Then I did get an email saying that the vehicle (they were not specific about which one I had asked about) was not available. I then emailed them back with my phone number asking for a call. Still no response. So I called the dealership a second time the following day leaving my phone number again. I never received a real phone call from a salesman. I did email them back again letting them know I could be taken off their check on me list and about the communication issues. I understand that we can live in a technological world. However, there is still something to be said about an actual live person returning your call and good customer service.
